Returns Policy:

The satisfaction of our customers is a priority. If you’re not satisfied please contact our customer service department, and they will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

If you do wish to return an item, we will accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 DAYS of your invoice date for a refund.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all original pieces.
  • Items must be in their original condition and not worn.
  • You will be responsible for shipping charges unless you have received damaged goods. If you have received damaged goods, please contact us immediately and we will respond with the appropriate return instructions. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they cannot be accepted.
  • Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our warehouse confirms receipt. If the warehouse does not confirm receipt, then you may need to track your package to check the status. We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • All returns will be credited to the original credit card used. • Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our warehouse receiving your item.
  • Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
  • All returns will be subject to a reduced refund if not in its original vendor packaging, in a salable condition.
  • Used Merchandise cannot be returned.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Call customer service at 1-877-9motiv8 (1-877-966-8488) to discuss your return, at that time they will give you an RA # (return authorization) anything returned without this will not receive a credit. Pack items securely in the original cartons. Put the RA # you are given on the return address label.

Unfortunately, motivatoronline.com cannot accept items that were purchased at stores. Please do not attempt to return items purchased at any location other than motivatoronline.com. Items not purchased via the website will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. We cannot accept responsibility for items purchased in stores that are returned to our warehouses.
